Wilf as a boy in his Spurs, I mean Arsenal, I mean spurs kit. Oh damn you internet. This needs to be shared on all Arsenal Twitter pages and forums.. Im fed up with all their messages online asking him to "come home".

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Football is mercenary. Even as an eagle , I would sign for Brighton in the unlikely event of them paying the highest price. Sod what team you support Wilfred. Chase the top money or shut up and stay with us. At least until the champions league is a zaha certainty. Arsenal are the new Everton. Good but not great.

Now that is a comparison I hadn't really considered, but it makes a lot of sense. Only difference is, Everton spend a lot of money but can't put a team together that's good enough to challenge top 4/6. You could argue that Tottenham are the new Arsenal - now that really will piss them off.

If they won the champions league they’d have serious bragging rights.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle If Arsenal really did offer £40m plus these three players I would see that as an even more insulting offer. This would be like offering us the same fee as before but asking if we can take the rubbish out on the way out. At least if they offered Iwobi or Nelson then we would be getting a replacement for Wilf (albeit one further back in their development) but the former is unlikely and the latter is an improbability. Personally these stories seem like a desperate attempt by the media to keep the saga going. I reckon Arsenal had £40m they could offer for him, tested the water and then realised he is way outside of their budget and moved on.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Love the stories about Zaha not being shown in the away kit, thus he must be leaving. They even have Arsenal supporters twitter feeds. He's away playing for the Ivory Coast. Do they expect him to fly home to model the away kit?
