And therein lies the problem. A lot of juries couldn’t understand the laws of noughts and crosses.
In "Robinson's" case I suspect having it heard in front of a jury might work in his favour, depending on who makes up the jury. If too many that hold similar views to some on here were included then he could probably get away with murder.

Okay so we can trust our MPs to make decisions that are best for us but we can't trust the public and a system of justice we have had for centuries. So lets just scrap elections and jury trials and just allow the elite to decide what is good for us.

For sure though I wouldn't just lash out. I would try to do whatever was most effective in stopping the assault. Whether you "believe your kid" or not is immaterial in this case. If there was an assault it wasn't still happening, so there was no need for any kind of intervention to stop it. His duty was to comfort and then remove his child. Seeking retribution, which appears to have been his only motivation, has nothing at all to do with helping his child. "Robinson" has no-one to blame but himself and those who defend him are an embarrassment to common sense. And themselves. AS I said, you are full of it! Whats with the 'Robinson'

I was merely responding to another comment and making a little tongue in cheek dig at some of the attitudes shown here. The sensitivity seems just a tad ironic to me!

Unless you have a very thin skin. Compared to what comes my way on regular occasions it's a big nothing. Why on earth do you think I was threatening you? I was offering to show you some genuine insults as you seemed a little confused.
