The white English today are looking like the Apache/Navajo/Sioux in the year 1850. Endangered in their own homeland. i expect, Dan, you would tell the Apache's to 'shutup you bunch of racists' ? Considering I was born 34 years ago you’ll have to tell me. And every country is going to be markedly different 40 to 50 years later. 1900 would have been a lot different to 1950. Things change over time. Technology changes. Culture changes. People change. All those things you have mentioned above have been far more influenced by American culture than any other in my life time. Unless that’s not what yon mean by ‘non-European’? It couldn’t be a euphemism for non-white could it? Your last sentence - try Googling ‘European invasions Africa’. You’re in for a wild ride.

Times change, technology changes, fashions change, but that has absolutely nothing to do with mass immigration. They will live in countries where they have become a declining minority, resented for the past with reducing power at the ballot box. They will have to endure prejudice, a range of backward religions, reduced earning potential and over time, the prospect of seeing their genes diluted to a few percent of the average individual.

You realise that myself and younger generations from different backgrounds all grew up together and get on just fine? It only seems to be you older generations that don’t seem to like people different to you.

Just like your claim that crime rate isn't any different in relation to demographics this idea that social cohesion is an age thing is generally false. By the way poverty isn't an explainer for this issue as it's still higher in different demographics when living at the approximate poverty. Your suggestion that social cohesion is an age thing doesn't really hold water in my view. Group identities manifest independent of demographic and essentially....I have to say look at the demographic map of London or in any city around the world where different ethnicities are jammed together. In filtered environments of course any group with mutual interest gets along. I get along with social conservatives of any group, I like and support them....For example, Candace Owens and Anthony Logan, and many others are in my ideological tribe. However, in unfiltered environments people will always gravitate towards their own ethnic group. I say again, look at the demographic map of London, you will see the evidence for that plain as the nose on your face. Not being working class it appears you don't really care about the problems of those in unfiltered environments. Whereas I grew up in them. It is perhaps similar to you not understanding why the working classes rejected Labour. Edited by Stirlingsays (30 May 2021 12.53am)

Edited by Stirlingsays (30 May 2021 12.53am) I grew up in a 2 up 2 down terraced house and was the first one in my family to go to university. I’m definitely working class. The rest of that post is just word gravy expressing your own opinion.

Interesting. As for my opinion, there are actual stats to back up crime rates and demographic settlement...and crime rates were lower in the past with higher poverty. depends on the cause of the mortality and / or unhealthiness. If for example the ferry sunk or there was an outbreak of ebola in Cowes then Jamaica would be a better option. I cannot in all honesty compete with PV's intimate knowledge of both Cowes and Kingston. I am quite familiar with Kingston Upon Hull which is no place for the feint hearted Originally posted by PalazioVecchio
would a thousand Palace Fans have the same probability of returning Croydon alive & healthy ? after a fortnight in downtown Kingston, Jamaica as a fortnight in downtown Cowes ? Edited by HKOwen (30 May 2021 4.20am)
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
