True, and I have no issues with that being stated because it's accurate. However, in reality, by virtue of the tariff they will lose trade as exporters shift their business.....So essentially the increase in tariffs means they lose more business with the US....also more citizens will buy US.

As for the economy, Trump policies and pro business agenda give confidence to markets. He's improved significantly on how Obama was doing.

I suspect the prospect of a Democratic government for 2020 who the Chinese know they can bully around on trade is the real reason they aren't coming to terms with Trump....it's a high risk strategy they are playing.

If they don't fold with Trump here then they will certainly fold if Trump wins 2020.......Whereas if the Democrats win they will push those beta boys around like they normally do.

These trade re-balances wound't even be happening at all if it wasn't for Trump.....a guy who you label an idiot, yet these trade deals were signed off by people you appear to regard as intelligent.

The definitions you give are not all familiar to me and I want to know exactly where they come from as they are not all reliable.

This is especially true if the source is in the USA. This is an extract from Wikipedia:-

I criticise it. It isn't accurate at all. It is a lazy misuse of a word designed to make racism seem acceptable. I repeat. There is no white race, just as there is no black race.

As the only human species still alive then to describe us all as belonging to the human race seems to me to be completely logical.

We aren't talking about the impact of immigration on anything. We are talking about the suggestion that "white" people need a homeland. A suggestion that has yet to be justified!

Immigration and it's consequences are important issues but they need to be discussed logically, unemotionally and without any hint of racial overtones. If they are introduced the debate goes off track and diverted, sometimes into a cul de sac of hatred.

The White homeland is obviously Europe since they evolved there. You might not care if the genes, culture, and heritage of Europe disappear but many do.

Nonsense. Europe has always had a mixture of people from the first period of it becoming inhabited with people coming particularly from the middle east. Of course you should care about culture and heritage but that's not in dispute. It is the linking of that to the idea of a "white race" that is completely wrong. We are all "mixed races".

You are the one diverting the debate with petty pedantry and suggestions of racism.

Pointing out the truth is never petty, especially when there is a suggestion of racist undertones involved. You might like to avoid the issue by suggesting that to point it out is a diversion but no-one gets a free pass when lies are spread.
