You just have it in for one side. You won"t praise the CONservatives because they aren"t right wing enough for you, it is one thing we have in common, but you don"t see me praising sir keir- the only reason I would vote for him is to get shot of the CONS- and all the thieving that goes with them ,but like I said, we have something in common!

"A 12-year-old boy accused of robbing a gas station clerk at gunpoint was charged with multiple felonies in Van Buren County Family Court Thursday. The boy fire a warning shot before he robbed the Marathon Gas station on East Main Street in Hartford Wednesday around 3:30 p.m., according to the store's surveillance video. The Hartford Middle School student faces six charges, including armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, discharge of a firearm in a building and three counts of felony firearm." What a great way to f*** your future up. Whether gang violence, school shooting or 'I want that', guns seem to be the answer to every question Stateside.

So the manifesto wouldn’t be even a wee bit persuading.

The issue with the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement was that it was a rare case of the activist class actually being in full synergy with what would be described as populist sentiment given what had happened in 2008 and the fallout. It did represent what the Establishment actually fears the most. And hence the actions taken in the article. But it also went further because the anger was still there, smouldering away. So the up and coming activist class following on were misdirected. Towards issues such as climate and then gender. Putting them, once again, in direct opposition to the populist mob who quite like driving their cars and refusing to accept that a woman can have p****. Leaving the people at the top, all safe and sound.

It embodied their worst nightmare I believe. A coming together with sane common cause. No wonder if was snuffed out and the focus shifted. Quote

Leaving the people at the top, all safe and sound. Sounds about right. Though on the climate front, I do feel that there are vested interests on all fronts that have wedded us to archiac options that we now see the down side of. I wonder whether types like Greta Thunberg and those gluing their b0llocks to anything going are in part partially funded somewhere down the line by those who like these types being the face of a movement, due of the damage they do to it rather than genuine support of them. As in better to have them and their headline as the face of a movement rather than wider points of agreement on the topic. But I digress, as you say every seed plants likely is centred around 'leaving the people at the top, all safe and sound'. Conjured and contrived distractions.

I"m not in Afghanistan, why should i be worried about that?At least he is keeping them off the streets of America then, and thats his job, whats not to like? Right. So the longest war in America's history was a ruse to get guns off the streets. The fact those guns were gifted to the regime the war was supposed to defeat was an unfortunate side effect.

It has been pointed out that a former Obama Attorney General refused to attend a congressional hearing and was not prosecuted I know and realise that will be the "defence" position during their trials. Totally different circumstances, though, so that won't stop them going to jail or the hearings continuing. Enquiring into an attempt to overturn democracy and install your preferred candidate is serious stuff.

But the same defence "Executive Privilege" I realise what the defence will be. In the previous circumstances, if I understand things correctly, the FBI decided not to prosecute as the consequences did not demand it, just apparently they have with a couple of Trump's aides. So it all depends on the severity of the consequences of the refusal whether people get prosecuted.
