Yes it was my post, and I felt that the last line was a thinly concealed insult, but why would I waste time arguing with someone who clearly considers anyone disagreeing with him to be intellectually inferior. The last lines of YOUR post were this:- "As usual, you are claiming to view things in a light that the rest of us are unable to see." For me as that isn't even a thinly concealed insult but right there in the open why are you surprised when I defended myself. I did so without any insulting words at all but you choose to continue above. I don't consider myself intellectually superior to anyone but if you think so there is nothing I can do about it.

I must say I have to wholeheartedly agree with Wisbech on his last line. Edited by Stirlingsays (05 Jan 2020 9.35pm)

To think of all the tedious posts we got about it from certain dullard posters. Beyond boring.

So there we have it, no chlorinated chicken, remember all the scare tactics by the remoaners That there were some inaccurate claims made by some of those fighting Brexit is true, which is hardly a surprise. Balanced though against the nonsense routinely published in the likes of the Sun and the Mail and in social media memes by the Brexiteers they pale into insignificance. Search long and hard enough you will always find a little bit of muck to throw around. However, when your opponents are standing knee deep in a cesspit it's them who are creating the stink. Chlorinated chicken is not a health hazard anyway. It's just an emotional problem. Hormones could be. The government have rather boxed themselves in by making this statement. Maybe they know that there isn't actually going to be a new trade deal with the USA because we really will tie the knot again with the EU on trade. Let's hope so.

I get no sense of celebration anywhere but in the minds of people like Francois, and in places like this.

We are having a small party on the 31st to celebrate Brexit.
I trust all my fellow Brexiteers.....will also have a tipple considering it's a Friday.
