I skimmed it, heavy on accusations light on evidence. I assume that the evidence to back up these claims will be produced in court so this is just a legal summary.

One point I picked up on was the accusation that the voting machines do not record real time events and that the computer log is unprotected and therefore could be altered.

I would think these 2 things can easily be proved or disproved by any competent computer expert. If proved to be factually correct then if I was a judge I would have to void the election in Georgia.

Even if there is no evidence of foul play these 2 omissions would allow someone to commit fraud on a massive scale and then erase the evidence. Or put it another way the state of Georgia could not prove that fraud hadn't happened because their audit trail was wide open to abuse.

Still on balance I am skeptical.

Thanks. I had my prostate removed in 2010 and was told a couple of years later I could regard myself as cured, as the PSA was undetectable. Then it was again! So I had radiotherapy and it dropped right back. Now it's rising again and more radiotherapy is not possible. It's a bit of a bugger because they don't know where it is until it shows itself somewhere. Hormone therapy is the next step to suppress the production of testosterone. Which apparently I have rather a lot of. Which might surprise at least one contributor here.

I am far from alone. More than 10% of us get it, but most die with it than of it and I aim to be one of them.

I think the US system is subject to fraud with mail in ballots.

However, Trump had a long time to work on that once it became clear that mail in votes were going to be used.

In fact Trump had years to work on many things....but he chose waffle rather than action.

The social media companies for example, he had years to deal with their overt bias and censoring of republicans.....Yet he did nothing.

And come the election you have the sheer incredible sight of Twitter censoring a president's tweets.....Social media companies running direct election interference on stories over Biden's son before the election.....the stuff that was on that hard drive was very damaging....all clamped down on.

Quite incredible.

Feck it...the system wanted Trump out and the republicans can feel warranted in believing that....whether or not the details are correct is kind of mute when the bigger picture is true.
