Standing stock still, staring at you and half hidden by undergrowth? When you are feeling at your lowest ebb? And probably fairly clearly from the opposition fan base (have you seen what Isabel looks like, there could be little doubt). Anyway, where is the poem? If you would rather, how about we debate this through the medium of expressive dance? This sort of thing you mean?

Perfect That was done to me during the civil war in Sri Lanka The thing is, the guy that (literally) jumped up out of a stone flower trough was holding a rather real looking self-loading rifle. We did have such a laugh

Having somewhat of a change of heart of late about abortion. Morally, I still believe it is wrong but it is not our people who are terminating babies. The Right should be all about encouraging families and wanting a massive increase in the birth rate amongst OUR side but I suspect this is not a zero-sum game here. As to this lady, then one day I hope to see a world in which schools are named in her honour but I do wonder if this is not a fight we should be too emotionally invested in. More important hills to take a stand on than this one. Well, she doesn't appear to be married (has the same name she was born with) and so this lady must be a 45 year old virgin. You won't get much out of her. Or her older sister Emily who also appears unmarried at 46 and still living at home in Malvern. These people really know what life is like for the average young woman in the UK, good job they are here to guide us. At least her father managed six children (Rufus, Christian, Barnabas, Emily, Isabel and Sebastian), so he did his part as a good Catholic. Edited by Mapletree (30 Dec 2022 4.09pm)

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Edited by Mapletree (30 Dec 2022 4.09pm) You don't know this woman, yet you attack her. Besides it can hardly be said that feminism and neo liberal politics has really helped women. The fact that they are significantly less happy than their fifties counterparts seems to be an inconvenient truth. Edited by Stirlingsays (30 Dec 2022 9.52pm)

I have and I can assure you it’s an unusual experience. They are so totally indoctrinated that alternative opinions are met with blank stares of disbelief. They simply cannot comprehend how anyone can disagree with them. If you think Islamic fundamentalists are beyond reason then you will have an idea of the rigidity of these types. I Of course it’s not all Catholics. It’s only a tiny minority. Most are kind, caring people with good hearts. There are a few though who are seriously scarey, especially when it comes to abortion.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Yes, people getting worked up over the termination of nascent children, haven't they got anything better to worry about.
