New ticketing system using mobiles

Maybe this won't come as news to anyone, but I was extremely surprised to find out yesterday that people for whom the Club doesn't have an email address are being sent an old style plastic season ticket for the whole season. What joy - for some.

I had an email at 1pm saying I would get a further email with my e-ticket. At 4pm I got a further email simply confirming purchase of my season ticket. Nearly 6pm and still no e-ticket for tomorrow. What do I do now?

What do I do now? You might want to have a look at the email confirming purchase again. I didn't see the pdfs e -tickets attached to my one at first but checked again and they were there. Just a suggestion. I've printed mine off. God what a stressful palaver.

I don't know about anyone else but, after the stresses of this week, if I manage to get in the ground it will feel like a bigger victory than anything the team could produce so I'll probably just head straight home :-)

Thank you. Spotted them, but I have no printer. I will try my luck showing the email. I think (in theory) the scanners can read the QR code on the emailed ticket on your phone. Have to admit whenever I've tried to use a QR code on my phone for other stuff its never worked.
