The only politician who has really tried to do something about this is Ian Duncan-Smith. He understands about the interlocking issues of schools working with other agencies to catch problems early. He also understands there is a problem with fatherless households which gives gangs an easy route to groom and recruit vulnerable children and become the new family. It is something that few people want to get to grips with for fear of being labelled as racist and politicians such as Khan just throw out the " it's the funding cuts " mantra. Nothing is going to change until there is a willingness to grasp the issue. What a waste of lives Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Mayor Genghis Khan to decriminalise cannabis in Lewisham well I that the police gave up on that years ago. [Link] I am with Peter Hitchens on this, practically every time there is a major terrorist incident the terrorist is a habitual user, this also applies to many other types of violent crime. I have known many cannabis users (In Lewisham actually) and most also use cocaine and don't have good mental health. I think people downplay the harmful side effects especially the stronger stuff. I am with Peter Hitchens on this, practically every time there is a major terrorist incident the terrorist is a habitual user, this also applies to many other types of violent crime.
