All seater stadia and perpetual seat renewals are killing the atmosphere in English football. If that doesn't reverse, one day it'll kill the game too. Also, just to be clear, I'm no great fan of the HF. many many t***s among them. but I do like a great atmosphere. sp has also played an absolute stinker. Despite my frustration I agree. Standing still will result in ossification and being overtaken. Watford FFS. But moving on should include all, and not be designed around a small bunch of young white males. Many of us are up for change so invite us into the fold, don’t alienate us. For example, give us even a tiny hint how we can join the singing section. And how seats will be allocated for it. Surely not too much to ask. If it really is the HF making such decisions help them set up proper communication with the rest of the fan base. Edited by Mapletree (21 Oct 2018 12.44am)

I’d say the messages on this website gives a fair representation of how Palace fans feel about the matter.

For those who wish to stop the current plans to evict existing Block E season ticket holders, there is a change.org petition rapidly gathering momentum.
Bumping this petition up as the number of signatures is near the target figure now. Even though the Everton misery is occupying many supporters' minds this topic is still highly important to many fellow fans.

{quote} This website is NOT the Palace fan base. Id say that every home game there is probably over 20,000 Palace fans who don't give a tinker's curse for the HF as they go to watch the football. Edited by PZ Eagle (22 Oct 2018 11.48am)

Id say that every home game there is probably over 20,000 Palace fans who don't give a tinker's curse for the HF as they go to watch the football. This is so true. The vast majority of palace fans do not post on this forum and many, particularly our older supporters like those being victimized in block E don't use social media at all. Incidentally there is a government working party currently considering whether to classify attacks on old people, whether physical or verbal, as a hate crime. Or have the balls to direct his thoughts at me, rather than encourage others to do so on his behalf. lastly nothing of what I said is wrong. Are the HF a more valuable asset, than Marge and Bert who sit behind the goal and don't mutter a word ? I'm sorry but the unpalatable (for some) truth is yes they are most undoubtedly are. They offer more in the way of tangible support. You might not like it, but it's a fact. Edited by Dannyh.V2 (25 Oct 2018 2.39pm)
