Was dismissive of this at first but for the right price I'd be interested - no, he's not going to start, but we need a player who can come off the bench and change games when we're chasing them. Yannick runs at defenders and causes chaos - just the kind of weapon we could use. I was/am in the same camp. Short term deal could be worthwhile, who knows he may surprise us. My issue here is whether Roy would give him enough opportunities to do that.

So Wif went to Man U and is now a much better player after coming home.. Bolasie got injured...lost his confidence and has not been the same player since.

Although a no brainer is a little optimistic for someone who after his major knee injury could not get in the squad at Everton or the team at Championship Aston Villa.

Was also linked with Middlesbrough but apparently, Pulis had ended their possible interest this morning.

He wasn't good enough for Everton even before he got crocked and he wasn't considered good enough to start for Aston Villa in the Championship so why on earth do people think that he would be good enough for us

Bolasie or Tosun Tosun every time, we don’t need a player that can’t get into Villas team.

Be interesting to here what Roy says about Yalla and Tosun in his presser although he probably won't say that much. I think Yannick was great for us and a more than a handy squad player. I'd like to see him back at Selhurst.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |
