Swansea have 5 games left. They could all pick up maximum points which means, Stoke would end up with 40, Southampton 41, Swansea 48, Huddersfield 46, and Brighton 48. We all know thats not going to happen. The reality is Southampton have only won one game in their last 20 and that was a lucky 2-1 against WBA. We on the other hand have won 2, lost 1 and drew 1 in our last 4 games. We also have the easier run in. If we can't pick up at least 3 points from our last three games it could be argued that we don't deserve to be in the PL. So lets not worry about how many points the others can get and worry about getting the three or four points required to be safe.

I'll ask again - in your personal opinion, where do you think Palace will end up position wise at the end of the season and how many points? I won't hold it against you if your prediction is wrong!

I said before the Bournemouth game we would go the rest of the season unbeaten, we will get 4 points from Watford and Leicester, if we win tomorrow we will draw against Leicester if we draw we will smash Leicester. I actually think we will lose to stoke now as we will be safe by then, then beat wba and finish on 41.

I know we've been unlucky with injuries but scraping through again is no great achievement, this season has been so underwhelming and the most boring season since freedmans first season. The only highlight has been playing Brighton. The club and players really need to have a look at themselves, something like the 18th highest wage bill in the world next season I'll be expecting the players to show a bit more ambition.

Asking you how many points you think Palace will get is relevant to the thread, but yet again you've not answered. So I for one would be more than happy if this is your last post on this, or any other thread. I try hard to ignore your posts, but it is so hard because you wind me up like nobody else.
