Don't go down the Gusset route of avoidance to answering the points I made.... you are better than that.

There are 550 million Muslim women in the world. How many are forced to wear burkhas. Too many, that's what.

But they will still very much be a minority.

Not all men who are twenty pretending to be 17 will be rapists. Or are you going down the militant feminist route that all men are now? Or, at least, all men who are Muslim are.

No, it's really not. It's a valid comparable point if some use nasty stuff in The Koran to beat all Muslims about the head with.

THe highlighted portion is the only pertinent part of your post.

Just one Muslim man with those views is one too many.... but I would guess (be sure probably) that millions of muslim men think this way about women.

The trouble is your too busy making excuses for them to do anything about it.

You haven't even mentioned their treatment of the gay community or animals?

Sad that the argument has become so polarised.

Godwin's Law

Godwin's law (or Godwin's rule of Nazi analogies) is an Internet adage asserting that "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazism or Hitler approaches , that is, if an online discussion (regardless of topic or scope) goes on long enough, sooner or later someone will compare someone or something to Hitler or Nazism.

Edited by Kermit8 (23 Oct 2016 11.23am)

The other law is that the New Left will be more supportive of a particular political or religious group in direct proportion to the level of violence, barbarity and general fascistic character of that group, as long as the group is anti-western/anti-democracy.

Virulent misogynists, violent homophobes and animal sadists come in all guises, unfortunately. You could make a list of the scum who indulge in such activities and they would be all creeds and colours.

Very true, but it does seem to be particularly apparent amongst moslems, doesn't it?

Have you read Aesop's Internet Fables?

There's a cracking story called "The Boy Who Cried Racist"

It's set in a time when lupu-phobia (fear of wolves) was at its most appalling.

This concerned Mr Lineker, the PR man from the local junk food factory ("Walkers Crisps - an obesity crisis and a landfill challenge in every pack"

So he cried "racist" at every opportunity. It was a good way of making people forget that he takes money to push junk food to children, even though he is in the top half percent of rich people in THE ENTIRE WORLD!

But one day, people started to notice that Mr Lineker was crying "racist" at every single opportunity.

Then they started to notice other things too.

Such as the fact that Mr Lineker wasn't very good at his normal job. In fact, most people put the kettle on when his post match discussions come on because watching him and Alan Shearer repeat the same banalities every single week is like being stuck in the middle lane in the M25 when you're already tired and and there's a hypnosis CD playing in your car.
It's been described as The Bland Leading the Bland

So as respect for Mr Lineker ebbed away, he resorted to ever more desperate tactics to get attention.

Racist! He shouted

Won't somebody think about the children? He emoted.

Who wants to buy some salty, fatty, Cholesterol Festival flavoured, heart-attack-in-a-pack Walkers crisps, he shouted.

And, from that day on, nobody bought anything he said, ever again.

THE END

Lineker is a presenter who is supposed to leave opinions to the pundits. Now I know he has a compassionate, but distant, opinion on a non football matter I think he should be sacked. Not for his cringey, cronies bantering, smirking style but for something that has nothing to do with his job.

I find him irritating now, where once I liked him.

I think he's become quite conceited. Maybe he believes his own publicity or something.

Having said that, I don't like sacking people. I've had people call for my sacking, over something i wrote, so I'd hate to visit that awfulness on other people.

I think Match of The Day needs livening up though.

Shearer's boring too. Sanctimonious git he is as well.

Why don't they audition some footballers from the lower leagues? There must be some funny ones.

Or get Neil Warnock and Simon Jordan to co-present. Thee's be some fireworks then!
