Slack jaw 'arry still reckons he'll want to play with Rio.

Arry can reckon what he likes but it's good to know he is still full of s*** ! Comparing Terry/Cahill and Ferdinand/Caulker is a bit rich to say the least ! Does he really think that Chelsea spent the same amount of time defending as QPR are going to next season ? Terry is and always will be far better than Ferdinand and currently Cahill is far better than Caulker of that there is no doubt ! Plus as many people have said how many clean sheets did we keep last season under Pulis ? With a centre half playing at right back and a right back playing at left back imagine what we can do with a settled back four with players playing in their natural positions ! If Caulker wants to learn something Pulis can teach him far more than Ferdinand who let's face it will miss half the games next season either being injured or rested ! Arry will go 442 and if that doesn't work keep throwing attackers on similar to Holloway ! It's a no brainer for me !

Caulker was born in Feltham and supported Brentford so its possible that he grew up loathing the Queer Park Strangers which could tip it in our favour.

The Caulker situation is becoming a bit boring now.

It looks like he's holding out for either a better financial deal by those clubs that have met Cardiff's valuation ( i.e. us and QPR ), or he's waiting for ' bigger ' clubs to come along.

I hope TP has another target in mind if he thinks that we need another centre back.

Agreed. Does look to me like he is trying to stall while hoping one of the big(ger) boys come in for him.

Which to be fair is completely reasonable given we are only in mid-July and most of the deals won't be done for several weeks.

I think he would be a good addition. I'm not -a huge fan but he is obviously a talented centre-back and would form a good partnership. It seems a little unfair on Delaney who was very good last season but I think Dann and Caulker would be a pairing that most attackers would not want to come up against.

I hate Brighton but if the weeds offered me £20k a week more than I'm on now then I'd probably be tempted !

I hate to say it but I can't see him coming to us. Clubs agreed a fee weeks ago so we must have talked to the lad and yet he's still undecided. I guess he wants a bigger club or more money, step in QPR to offer him loads of money. As for Dawson over Caulker; Dawson's best days are behind him, he's 30, so Caulker is a much better option.

We allegedly like to leave transfers until the last minute in the hope that we can force the prices down so it's not really any different to a player leaving decisions as long as possible to force his own price up
