None of your post has any facts or evidence to back it up. Just opinion and speculation.

2020 will be a high stakes affair.

The midterms showed the country is growing tired of the Trump circus.

Biden is the one who can get it done.

Do you honestly think people are going to stand at the ballot box and tick away a growth in their quality of life; not seen for decades , because trump is how you say, immoral.
Ha ha you need a stage me old son.

Ok, Maine but if Biden wins the ticket and you are on the site over the election cycle we won't let you forget about the massive play you have made about morality when it comes to you supporting Biden.

Because personally....I think it's going to be spicy.

Morality matters. An ability to be presidential matters. Not being a liar and criminal matters. Not disgracing the office on a daily basis matters. Not being a laughing stock amongst world leaders matters.

I will no doubt be around, unless work gets busy again.

Stirlingsays, despite him making your skin crawl, Joe Biden is a cross between Mother Teresa and FDR compared to Trump the crooked bully liar.

People in glass houses should refrain from throwing stones around.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

You need to read back a few months, this isn't about immorality only.

You could be commenting on Trump's tweets! In which case I would agree with you.

There is heaps of evidence to back up what I say. Much of it comes directly from Trump and is in plain view, so no need for any speculation or opinion.

Except I'm not referring about his tweets... (I actually think he should stop tweeting, sit back and watch the Dems implode for 2020). I'm talking about your hyperbolic post of no evidence to support it. Facts over feelings.

Do you have evidence Trump has committed adultery while in office?

Has Trump been convicted of anything in a criminal court?

If no to both, then you are a smear merchant.

You obviously don't believe in due process and the rule of law.

Personally I'm only interested in a president not breaking the law in any serious way. I'm not all that bothered by low level immoral behaviour in politicians because I recognise that the vast majority of them are ruthless and bought and sold.

Oh I know you'll turn a blind eye to Biden while you remain hyperbolic on Trump. It'll just add to the enjoyment I'll have with it all.

Those who make a big play on morality can't then do the 'my guy is less crap than your guy' game and still maintain credibility.

You take morality seriously in a president, hence it's you who will have to answer for the coming double standards.

Now that Maine_Eagle has set himself as the man of high morals, we'll see what he thinks of the 'immorality' on the Democrat side. Believe me, there is a lot and will be more to come.

I wonder if he will condemn Virginia Governor Ralph Northam for his racist behaviour?

Campaign finance violations are serious enough that Cohen is going to jail, in part, for this crime.

As for obstruction of justice this is a very serious crime when a President interferes in investigations of his own potential misdeeds.

Both are serious enough to go to trial and be thrown in jail over.

Biden is no angel, I am actually not his biggest fan, but in terms of getting the Trump clown show over and done with next year, he is the best bet the dems have.

I really wonder about people who would do and say anything to try and reverse a democratic result.
This kind of fanaticism is quite disturbing and suggests deeper emotional problems.

That said, it is always nice when someone posts a thread title and then certain people oblige by proving the point.

I can walk and chew gum at the same time.

As Stirlingsays often retorts - the world is not black and white. My distaste for the commander in cheat doesnt mean I bow down at the altar of every democrat. You are confusing me with Lindsey Graham in reverse.

Before Trump became President, he called him a Jackass and Idiot (which he still is). Since he became President, Lindsey has backed him all the way. Rand Paul slated Trump before he became president. Since then? Just a bit different.

Yesterday we saw a GOP controlled senate committee subpoena Trump Jr. Do you know why that happened? Because Richard Burr is not up for reelection. Its literally that simple. Republicans like Flake who were/are not up for re-election feel ok to actually do their f&cking jobs and scrutinize the executive. If a GOP candidate is up for re-election, they disgrace themselves and lie. Its simple really.

Every spineless, cowardly invertebrate republican that is in an election cycle, is so scared of Trump's twitter feed that they would support him if he did eventually murder someone on 5th avenue.

The GOP has totally sold out and has disgraced itself in supporting and enabling Trump's childlike behavior. It has completely sold itself out and abandoned long held principles that people like John McCain took so seriously for so long.

Democrats are not perfect, but next to the spineless GOP cowards who prop up Trump, they pretty much are.

Racism is a cancer on the world, and should not be tolerated ever, in any way shape or form.

I am not a "man of high morals" I just find Trump's moral makeup to be about the same as that of a used car salesman.

Mods should change the title to "The Donald Trump thread" for the sake of pedantry. I can think of some other titles too which would be amusing.

Who wants to reverse a democratic result? I think you clicked on the wrong thread, Hrolf, this aint Brexit pal.

No reversal is possible, only a correction in 2020.
