Entanglement eh.
I thought it was all rosy with fun fairs and jelly and ice cream.
Entanglement is why we need to leave ffs.
It will only entwine us, the UK even more.
Watch the next 5-10 years and then explain why we use the euro as currency to your grand children and why there are no houses or school places and hospitals are bursting at the seams.
This is our chance to reset.
And all you remainers want is the f***ing status quo.

The entanglement are the regulations, standards and practices.

The rest of your post is just nonsense.

The reality is that when we leave, as I am sure we will, that things will then get much tougher.

Shame on you, you selfish f***er.

It's their future that matters. Not ours.

My kids and grandkids are much better educated than me and are all fully committed to us remaining in the EU. They have a wide vision of their, and our, place in the world.

I'm the selfish f***er wanting to implement a referendum that choose to leave, your a joke and the selfish f***er.
You still don't get it that we voted out and you remoaners are the selfish ones from hindering it,
You are a traitor and these forums will be a reminder to history how you and your lot hindered Britain.
It's very simple, you voted remain knowing what would happen if you won or lost. Bad looser and traitor

Why do you never post on the woefully poor economic state of the EU?

I see you have absorbed the vernacular of the wanna be war heroes. Regarding respect for your elders, you will find the oldest generation were stalwart remainers. They really do recognise the futility of wars - trade or otherwise - and the dangers of runaway populism. They have reason to, they had to live with (and see friends and family die from) the effects.

You don't speak for everyone who voted to leave anymore that I do for all who voted to remain. Those who voted to leave weren't asked how they wanted to leave, primarily because it wasn't back then a live issue. So "wanting to implement a referendum" is a meaningless phrase. It might be the mantra of the ultra leaver who wants us out whatever the cost but it just isn't what Parliament is prepared to accept. Nor would it be what every leaver would want and if that was only 2% of them who disagree with you then you no longer have a majority for your position.

However we personally voted in 2016 we are where we are. Neither of us are MPs so have no direct involvement in what will happen now. That's Parliament's job and it seems incredibly difficult and complicated to me.

It's far from just "remainers" who are involved in insisting that there is proper scrutiny and possible changes. The DUP, for instance, are hardly "remainers". Who knows yet what the ERG are going to do.

Simple.

We aren't discussing it. We are discussing our membership.

Blah blah blah blah, traitor.
You should be ashamed of your self.
You have said all that carp before, this country was fully devided and parliment couldn't decide, so leave won.
You do know what leave means right?
And it's not half in to keep remoaners happy it means leave!.

Also a huge anti EU march in Warsaw at the weekend the Poles know the EU is on it's last legs & they want out. As do the French (Macron petrified to let the people vote & beating up his own citizens) & the Italians The EU will be know more in 10 years when countries take back their independence.
