Forest had just one point from their last six games, no wonder Cooper got sacked. Roy's got two from his last six, So perhaps he's next, dependent on the result against Brighton. Apart from experience with youngsters and immediate availability what would Cooper bring to the party?

If we lose the next 3/4 matches and Cooper is not engaged elsewhere, then he may leave even earlier than that. I suspect Roy will continue to another dignified retirement at the end of the season and then we will consider Cooper et al (again, if he is not employed elsewhere). Well if you done your homework instead of spouting petty insults about our present manager you woud have noted that he has stated he is leaving Palace the end of the season but not retiring from management, and when your messiah Cooper has the next 3/4 matches without a win you will be calling for his head . Being old is not a disability.

He is not excessively old in the scheme of things but surely he is too old to carry the weight of a premier league manager. Then again I suppose Rupert murdoch ran his media empire till his 90s.
