I suspect it will take two or three years to complete as I think the club intend to build around the existing stand so that Main stand ST holders etc. can still use their seats during the football season. I suspect we'll be looking at 2027 at the earliest for completion.

It is good news but we do still have to sort the house purchases, relocation of those residents and reach agreement with Sainsbury over that piece of land though. Dont get me wrong, In realistic terms I'd say there is very little to stop this now but the club is not quite there just yet

So the back end of 2023 will be halfway through the 23/24 season, and you think it'll be ready in about 8 months for the start of the 24/25 season.

In the perfect world I think you mean ready for start of 25-26.
I know it’s not our business but part of being a fan is being kept vaguely in the loop. It would be good to hear how this will be getting funded.
I would allow at least 12 months slippage assuming everything goes to plan.
All good news in principle for SP plan.
