We are all caught up in our Palace bubble and from my not so informed opinion the information passed on by Dazza is 100% genuine. If anyone has seen the Sunderland till i die series you see the scrambling that goes on behind the scenes to get players in. Then a bit like selling a house one player pulls out of the deal and the knock effect can scupper all the other deals in the chain. Back to the Eze thread he to me looked a handy player - the one thing that was noticeable in his hi-lights was his balance - he could get knocked but he was always able to recover. Was wondering who in midfield he might challenge for a place - Jimmy M ?

Problem I have with the ITKs is that alot of the information given is what is already in the public domain. I could write these things by spending a bit of time trawling through social media, doesnt mean the info passed on isnt genuine and in good faith mind. Re: Our transfers, or lack of them. With Eze I know theres lot out there that believe we are playing this just right and controlling the negotiations as no one is in involved (allegedly) but honestly we are generally incompetent recruitment wise, when have we ever controlled any situation or actually signed a player when we have to compete for them with other clubs? Matt Jansen and United? If we get anyone other than the likes of Fraser of a free i'll be amazed. We'll slowly start to see the likes of Eze, Sarr, Watkins go to other clubs. Its always the same.

I think this would actually be a good deal for us. I just dont believe we are serious about spending any real money. Eze, Sarr etc would be great investments but could offer something now. 2 problems I see, one is I dont truly believe we have those ambitions whatever noises are coming out the club and neither of Eze or Sarr probably fit into Roys idea of what a player should offer.

A lot is going to depend however on how we set up formation wise with new players and Wilf possibly gone.

I don’t know how this qualifies as breaking news ssn:- Crystal Palace are still negotiating with QPR over the transfer of Ebere Eze. Palace have had one bid rejected – thought to be £12m – with QPR holding out for £20m. Three other Premier League clubs – including Newcastle United – are interested.
