Cher is one of the numerous Hollywood elites who have spoken about how the US should have open borders. They love to virtue signal – until Trump has threatened to dump the illegals there, now mass immigration is a problem... when it affects her! Is she a racist? [Tweet Link]

Most of them are clueless virtue signalers who are all about warm words as long as it doesn't come with personal commitment.

I would say it's racist Playing a group of people off against another like there's a choice between one or the other and 1 is more deserving even using the fact some people may or may not have served in the forces, and providing no specific examples or evidence, just generalisations

One affects one aspect of life the other is an entire outlook.

Actually I don’t think racism has anything to do with this. From what she said the dust bowl migrants wouldn’t have been welcomed in California either.

Pussay's patrol (some female folk out there might consider your username derogatory) solution to complex problems He ends any conversation/dialogue immediately. You/he/she/they is/are racist. No need to try to understand the complexities of culture and cohabitating in a complicated world. Just put the label 'racist' on someone and then go your way. You are then not required to do any thinking or actions. Oh except post support online for 'diversity'. You can still go to your gentrified Dutch part of town with your craft beer and spliff, dropping a Euro in the homeless guys jar. . And never do anything else. Because the only problem is racism. And you know it. . And you tell people. . So, It's all good.

People often use the term racist when they mean "placist". A group of white people move into a local white area buying up properties the locals cannot afford. The locals resent the influx of outsiders because their kids cannot afford to live their and have to move away. So over time the area changes and the older locals bemoan "its not like it used to be". That is placist. Same scenario only the people moving in are non white so now the locals are branded as racists. It is very human to resent large scale change in the area you grow up in, nothing to do with being a racist. Edited by Badger11 (15 Apr 2019 9.56am)
