Is he hoping that travelers will bre considered to be always on the move and therefore each of them entitled to vote for him in every London Borough? He is supposed to say that London is there for all Londoners rather than saying to each organised group that he can find that he values their contributions and considers that they suffer discrimination.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
