For the umpteenth time, physically being in the stadium is not a requirement for being allowed to post nor is it a guarantee of quality in what anyone says. Over the years I've seen plenty of sense posted by people on the other side of the world and plenty of complete bollocks spouted by "season-ticket holders". Being a season ticket holder does not make you an expert and it certainly doesn't allow you to label anyone else's comment as "pathetic" without some sort of argument. I do concur that this anti-Hennessey sentiment is pathetic, but that argument isn't more or less valid because I am an ex-pat.

Hugely disappointing to lose to a goal so late in the game but one cannot deny Tottenham their victory and they missed some gilt-edged chances. Very disappointing for the players who kept to the game plan and worked like trojans throughout.They came so close to securing what would have been a terrific point.No lack of desire and they gave everything for the shirt.Although we lost they can be proud of their efforts.I feel so sorry for them. Some people don't seem to understand that we don't have the best available players in the Premiership to play for us. They criticise players for not being good enough.....it's pretty moot. Our squad is good enough for a mid table finish. However, the season has been one of high injury and poor form to vital players. That means that a mid table finish was never going to happen....because that's only possible if our best players are available and playing well. Then it comes down to player confidence and management. Unfortunately.....we had a start where a poor manager threw away all the points against the weaker Premiership teams. Unlike other seasons we have been constantly poor in points collection against the better sides.....no bolaise and Zaha to worry them on the break....Zaha not being available takes away any X factor. I have watched this team regularly lose points from positive positions. Again...injuries and poor form worsen the situation. It genuinely is fifty fifty as too whether we can stay up.
