Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

Allardyce mentioned that clean sheets will safe us. Afraid that this looks highly unlikely at the moment. If we are still in the bottom 3 come April then I can't see us pulling out of the mire. Also why not an attacking substitution change at half time, Remy for Puncheon ?

We can still do it. Other teams are playing really poorly too. Boro, Swansea and Leicester all poor. Today wasn't dreadful. Players like Townsend turned up. It isn't over and if we somehow get a run together by the Spurs game, we'll still be able to pick up points from some of those teams.
I ain't got nuthin' funny to say. Sorry. |

Ward needs to be dropped he is poo Yeah, he's struggled most the season. Thought he has been great since we arrived in the Premier League but so poor at the moment. He seems to get alot of the ball and get in nice attacking positions but then just doesn't have the ability to do anything with it. But who else do we have???? And why is Remy not starting, only person who wants to move forward with the ball. Always looks bright when he comes on :/

Strange to play Punch instead of Cabaye. Remy looked good when he came on, but too late. Delaney and Tomkins all average. Ward and Punch poor again today. Benteke did nothing. Jimmy Mc ok. Wilf didn't look like he wanted to be there. If Stoke had been any good we would've got tonked again. It's not looking good.

Middlesborough pick up a point, which now means we need four points to go above them. Unless of course we thrash them at home.

What perspective? How far we've fallen? Looking at this team bar mcarthur and wilf I see nothing of the palace I love nor the palace that loves me back. If you're going to bring in big timers, you have to get it right. I'd be gutted for parish and "possible" stadium development, but right now I'd happily take relegation in order to get some identity back. They're going to let us down again next week too, very hard to get excited about these "big games" when they don't seem to mean anything to the manager or majority of players.

Well, not terrible this time. But we did nothing to deserve anything from the game either. The winnable games continue to drift away and we look utterly impotent. So true. Better than last week though. I'd drop Punch, Ward and Delaney, all poor today. Bring in Schlupp, Sakho and Cabaye. Play two up front (Benteke and Remy). let one feed off the other. Aimless long balls are not going to get you anything in this league. On a positive note Luka looks very good, very comfortable on the ball and a good distributor.
