yea pards looked like a defeated man alright , i reckon he is a bit disillusioned with it all i can see him doing a pullis on us (i f***ing hope not ) . with it all , with all the talk of adebayor he is just not a palace player simple as that . come on SP if thats the best we can do , it not very ambitious. it would prob have cost less to get charlie austin , a bargin at 4 mill.

well i value your opinion but lets face it as pards said , we need to bring in players who will improve the squad not bring in players of the same quallity , i dont think he is any better the gayle wickham , i think he was good and still can be good but you never know which adebayor will turn up, the big goal scoring one or the lazy moody one . and i think about 50000 palace fans agree with me , id rather keep gayle than bring in him , gayle gives 100 percent every game .

I would 100% say he is Not a Palace player.
The problem is that his family put a curse on him as he stopped providing for them. Since then he stopped scoring goals, Was released from his contract, His dog died and he was last seen playing football on a beach with a load of bums. He has no contract with us so is not a Palace player and the more i think about it the more i hope he never does become a Palace player.

I think Adebayor could take a month to get fit. But would back him to get a goal every 2-3 games, as he has done throughout a top quality career. And he is certainly better than any forward options we currently have. He is 31 pushing 32, but has always had pace, power and goals. I honestly believe he could be a revelation with Wilf and Bolasie. And we can be pretty confident he will use any short term deal as an opportunity to put himself in the shop window for a final longer term deal with us or another club.

After 5 PL games without a goal, it's a big "yes please" from me.
