With all due respect to Tan, he did manage to write 5 pages of this complaint, he must be incredibly creative!

He pays lawyers to do that.
Which is why I'm worried, as the son of beep has a lot of cash, and is just crazy enough to go the full mile to try and f*** us over.

The worst thing about this is that moody accidentally sent the text to freedman who instantly dobbed us in to solskjaer. What a git.

How would Moody even text it to DF by mistake?!? Makes no sense whatsoever. Moody joined the club long after Dougie left. Surely he has text Pulis once or twice in the meantime.

Colour me sceptical...

Having just read a long piece on the BBC website there is no doubt we did it and that Moody mistakenly sent the text to Dougie instead of whoever he meant to!
Can we be punished by a points deduction?
I would hope not but the PL can be very silly at times and nothing would surprise me at all.
If it is going to happen it needs to be quick - like next week!

I am 99.9% sure it won't happen, but talk of any more than 3 points being deducted wouldn't make sense. Although you could argue that the morale of the team may have inspired us to beat Villa and Everton, essentially you can't prove that any more than you can prove that it helped us beat Cardiff. But say the PL were mental enough to agree that it allowed us to beat Cardiff, then 3 points would have to be the most they could inflict.

Anyway, as I say, I don't anticipate that has any legs.

From Magaths press conference....guess Cardiff will need to file another grievance

'Fulham boss Felix Magath says he has quizzed on-loan Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby about the Spurs squad as his team prepare to face them at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
"I always ask the players - John Heitinga against Everton and now Lewis against Tottenham," he said. "I try to get all the information I can get. I'll try also to get any information from Tottenham.
"It is always a problem if you are not careful with information. Maybe it happens some time. I think Tottenham will also try to get information from us, you can not blame anyone for trying to get information. If you are lucky you can, so it is good."'

This pretty much proves (as if we didn't already know) the assertion that this is rife in football and in any other sphere. It's called preparation.

The prem are gonna have a job punishing just us, perhaps they need to consult the FA about their fit and proper test for Owners, how did Tan slip through.

It's all about who said what to who. Unless someone admits passing on the information which I doubt will happen, it will all fizzle out. Why should moody have sent it to doggie -that's crazy. If he had gained the information he would have verbally told Pullis. He would not have put it in writing. The BBC seem to making a mountain out of a molehill. Cardiff are upset they lost. Even if the information was known it made no difference to the team Palace played since it was the same team as the previous two games.

As Martin Samuel wrote, if information was given willingly i.e. not under coercion, payment or phone tapping, then there quite simply isn't a case to answer.

If someone at Cardiff hates Tan enough to give us the team, that's his problem.

Anyway, the team was wrong, so Cardiff would do bloody well to demonstrate that it contributed to them losing. Can't see how points could be docked even if it is true. At worst, a fine for being in the grey side of the laws but that would open the floodgates with every club every week. This will be brushed off.

Surely TP would have spent from the Monday
or Tuesday onwards preparing the team, its
unlikely that OGS would have changed their
tactics considerably during the week either ?.

So, we should believe that knowledge of what
we 'thought' would be their team about 24
hours of the match, would have changed our
tactics considerably ?. If anything I would
have thought that that would be harmful to
whatever TP had drilled into the players
in the days preceding the Friday. Perhaps we
have a case to say that this disrupted our
preparation as well !?. OGS himself announced
on the Friday that Wilf would start, if TP
wasn't expecting that to happen then OGS has
potentially disrupted our plans to.

To be honest im getting fed up with this, its
tarnishing the great achievements we have made
since TP came along, let alone since 2010 took
over...

Just read the bbc report and it closes by saying the Premier League will be looking into unsporting behaviour of the inncident rather than the outcome. I guess that means the result will stand but Moody, Palace and Cardiff staff will get a bollocking.

To put all our minds at rest and for us fans to enjoy our great achievement of survival i think we need someone from our board to come out and make a statement? Thoughts anyone?

Just been on Talk sport that F.A are looking at a 4 or 6 points deduction for the Cardiff team leak. They will make their decision after final games!

Are you winding us up?

Yes
