We do pass to the opposition extremely well. Luka has it down to a fine art... Roy has to go. He has clearly lost it. Passing team lol

It wouldn't make that much difference with the pedestrian ageing CBs we have, a new manager isn't going to make them quicker or younger. They are at the root of the problem, Luca has to fall back and try and cover them, leaving Reidewald or whoever in midfield being overrun. I have consistently mentioned about our "Dad's Army" squad and opinied that they would be found out this season, because of a truncated pre-season and the schedule of matches.

I always though RH was one of the lower paid managers but apparently is on £4.5 m per annum. 9th highest in league. More than Potter, Wilder and Smith put together and a million more than Moyes and Dyche. Truly awful performance yet again, injuries aside, someone has to instil belief that we can play without Wilf, compete and win and that is RH's job and he is lacking in all departments. I'm happy to have him as our manager til the end of the season but come the summer get rid.

Why on earth wait til summer? We're pretty much safe and getting rid of Mr Bore now would give the new man time to shift the sh*t from the sugar. Come on Mr Parish you must watch what we do!!
If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong |

I’d defy anyone to do better with the squad we’ve got. If anything, Hodgson has massively over-delivered during his time with us.

Its just not on for Roy to retire until the end of the season, but for Chrissake, it would be nice if we just went out there and tried to win a game, rather than freezing trying not to loose it! Neither should Roy become a lame duck by either him or the club signalling that retirement and a change is due next season. Think we just have to suck it up, grind out the required 38 points and look forward to a renewed squad and new coaching staff to arrive in the summer. Edited by radicalsteve (09 Feb 2021 1.42am)

I don't expect Roy will go at the end of the season I just hope some one comes in to learn for another season and then take over from him we can't keep putting up with this his time has past now. We need some one fresh to do a rebuild the current manager has had a lot of talent which is being wasted. For me if I was in charge we lose to Burnley at weekend Roy would be gone but SP wont do that he has it easy with Roy.

I really can't stand watching Roy manage this team any longer. It's gone beyond futility, and it's just painful and humiliating to watch. Leeds score in the first 3 minutes, and then it's two hours of watching our pathetic and inept attempt at offense. The announcers sounded like they were ready to hang themselves watching this utter sh-t display of football. I don't care who we get, I just want it to be over with Roy.

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson, speaking to the BBC, said: "Everything depends upon the opposition and we met a good team. "They are maybe more used to it. It's not the reason we lost the game but it may have affected the way we were able to pass the ball which I didn't think we did well enough." Two Hodgson quotes after the game. Why always point out what a good team the opposition is? We play in PL, the strongest league in the world and most teams are very good. But why make them look even better? Our 4-4-2 is not up to it, we even make Burnley, Fulham and Sheff Utd look like Barcelona in their heydays.

We need four wins from Roy. Please get them ASAP then stand him down to give a new manager some games to motivate the team. Sorry Roy but your permanent retirement is long overdue. NO MORE CONTRACT RENEWALS.
