Todays first download is a set by Coldplay that was recorded on Saturday last at the Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set that was broadcast on FM radio. The band were paid 1 million euros for this show - the most expensive in the festivals 41 year history. The band then wouldnt let any songs be broadcast live - they listened to the recording first and would only allow songs that sounded perfect to be broadcast ... yet they allowed Rock am Ring to broadcast one of their shows live only a few days before this show!!... (I've posted the RaR gig on here as well) - still, if you like Coldplay - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set taken from a "Christmas Special" tv show which was broadcast on the Rockpalast TV Show from Cologne, Germany in 2000. This is in superb quality and is a great set by the band. I've posted a couple of boots by this band before and a few studio albums. This is a top sounding show... thoroughly recommended....
