You're right, fascism is entirely an inaccurate word, and the gall of people, expecting you to use words to reflect their meaning in conversation, rather than just utilizing it to mean something completely different so you can utilize the emotional impact. The fact you use the term 'left, liberal, pc and fascism' suggests that you don't really understand any of those things, and in fact are just resorting to parroting nonsense to validate an opinion, without a desire to understand or engage in debate - presumably

Immigration has had some very negative social effects on the country. All parties are using race and immigration as a political weapon. Ethnic minorities play the race card constantly for self interest purposes and are cheered on by the liberal/left. Border controls have been run in an appallingly hap hazard way and have allowed criminals into this country. Only a tiny minority of people in this country are genuinely racist and some of them aren't white. Britain has become more right of center in some areas because peoples concerns about mass migration have been ignored by politicians and their opinions censored and derided by the media. Anyone who is thinking that genuine racism is the answer should watch some film on the Nazi death camps to see where real racism eventually leads. That should put things in some perspective for people of all political leanings. See, it's not hard to be honest is it.
