The two things are not the same. The innocent civilians being subjected to a relentless battering, poor hygiene, little health care and no food relief may well be on their last legs. That doesn’t mean a few military units, hording the food and surviving unseen could not still fire some crude missiles in the general direction of Tel Aviv.

The US have put themselves into really quite an absurdist situation. Building a pier system (and not very well by all reports) to distribute out food and other aid to Palestinians. All while providing Israel with the bombs to kill them.

Being killed or maimed by a "crude" Hamas missile will be a great comfort to those it targets as opposed to a more sophisticated weapon. Hardly Brock's fireworks Edited by HKOwen (28 May 2024 7.16am)

Global condemnation of the Rafah slaughter. Silence from the United States tells us all. To see a Palestinian man sobbing over his decapitated daughter is unbearable. In future years there will be genocide deniers just as there are holocaust ones. But this is streamed in real time. Over-whelming force and brutality, starvation of a defenceless population, by Israel supported by the Unjited States. What will they actually win with this annihilation, this total regard for international law, for humanity. Disgust and shame.

Israel are surrounded by muslim countries they have to be strong in taking care of the terrorists hamas. Most notable the other muslim countries wont take any palestinian refugees as they know they are all trouble.
