If published, HoL would be at risk of prosecution if it includes info on how people actually voted (as opposed to how they plan to vote) and the results are available before the polls close at 22.00. 1983 Representation of the People Act.

They haven't said it is a vote on the EU Referendum. Could argue it's just a vote on what The Clash ought to do with their eternal dilemma.
