Interestingly, a lot of the underhanded Remain stuff has boosted Leave. I believe that Leave went above Remain shortly after Obama came over here telling us how awful independence and controlled borders is. Osborne saying how house prices might fall by 18% giving youngsters a different option for personal benefit. (They were due to fall anyway, similar to the £4,300 being not as well off rather than worse off, and that's after inputting all negative variables into the equation without any positives) F*ck me, when was Cameron lying? When he said we'd be able to cope on our own well before the referendum or during the referendum when he claimed we're doomed if we leave? He should be pushed.

I think you will find Hoof that i posted after Jo Cox's murder that the referendum should be postponed to a later date because i didnt want people influenced or even talking about it with such an important referendum at stake.

I think that taking the results of this to one side two of the most important party leaders, Cameron and Corbyn, will be in a very difficult position if they try to convince anybody that they didn't represent what they thought was best for their own career rather than the good of the nation. Just my opinion though, but two people I already had doubts over really shamed themselves during this. And yes, before anyone says it, I am sure similar criticisms can be made about politicians on both sides. Perhaps not about politicians who potentially hold as much power as Cameron and Corbyn though... Edited by Part Time James (23 Jun 2016 11.28am)

Heavy Rain might affect turnout. Us "leavers" have mostly voted by post and are hardy determined souls. Can't see students being arsed to leave the Uni Student Union Bar to vote if it's chucking it down. I was thinking the opposite, the young'ens won't give a fark about the rain, don't they just stand around in the wet all day anyway, wearing hoodies? It's the old dears in the 'leave' camp that will be put off hobbling down to the Church hall in case they slip on a wet leaf.

I'd just like to remind all Christians voting today that a European or World Government is interpreted by some to signify the coming of the Anti Christ. You would not want to be responsible for that now would you. Happy voting.

If we vote to stay and there's no renegotiation of any sort I'm voting UKIP at the next election. And I won't be the only one.

Dave didn't want to take on the exit phase of leaving the EU, all the renegotiating and short-term economic downturn. At least we haven't heard 'legacy' during his tenure, although there isn't much to write home about. What has he actually done? Reduced govt spending, halved the deficit to now and just kept the country ticking over. The only thing he has done was not stretch the UK finances any further in case there was another big economic crisis.

Cameron definitely started it. Wasting £9 million pound of taxpayers money on a one sided leaflet delivered to every household by Royal Mail. Then got in Obama etc and told shameful lies about WWIII and the effects of Brexit. The leave camp response has been tame/balanced in comparison. The BBC have been very Pro Remain too. Me and the Mrs have been monitoring news items and they have given Remain about 80% support by way of positive detail, compared to 20% for Leave in the past week. Anyone that doesn't think like me hasn't been paying attention or are deluding themselves. Obviously
