Agreed, but given the dearth of candidates currently at our disposal, he deserves the chance of a couple of games to see what he can do. So far he has not been given that chance.

He is tactically inept, cannot motivate the players, seems to have blurred perception of performances, fails to see opportunity in matches to get more from them. Also i feel Osian Roberts is not helping matters.
