DIABOLICAL.....VERY ANGRY with the club. OK....Am sorted for Saturday with my season ticket and my dads who is in his Eighties. I have been dealing with all the tickets for myself and Dad for about the last 10 years and how it used to work was OK. No idea how to re assign the season ticket once on Google Pay if either or both of us cant go. Anybody got any ideas? But still TOTALLY DIABOLICAL Re assign is technically against the terms, as was lending the cards, but as I’ve posted above you can, for now, get round that by simply allowing someone else with a phone and the app to log in using your details, download the season and voila. I’ve done it with another ticket holder so we’re set for the rest of the season if one of us can’t go.
Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons. |

I have already uploaded my season ticket into my Apple wallet. Since then I have been sent a link twice from the Palace app offering me to upload the ticket. They are in a shambles. But what’s new? If they spent some money on some decent technology none of this would be happening. One week first team salaries would more than cover it. Bloody farce. As chairman Parish should make a formal apology. No way to treat supporters. Edited by dreamwaverider (10 Sep 2021 12.22am)

For sure it is, but don't exactly feel guilty about doing this as is only ever for getting my son to go when grandad is just not up to it....and even if it was ripping of the club in some way don't feel guilty as feel the club has been ripping of the fans for years. Anyhows, thanks for the advice, much appreciated

Surely they’ve only breached T&Cs if no alternative method of attending the game (eg e ticket) is provided. From anecdotes on here there are alternative methods, albeit a pain in the arse and requiring an hour on the phone. Also at what point do the T&Cs change based on the PL? Are the T&Cs exclusively with the club or a proxy for the PL terms? Essentially if the only way you can get in is via smartphone, then sure, that probably breaks some sort of legals. But offering backup alternates such as e-tickets probably negates that I am not au fait with legalities, poster on bbs who is a member of the trust believes there may be a case for legal action, just passing this on

I wonder if CPFC have left themselves open to legal action citing breach of contract. No mention of any of this was mentioned when I renewed my ST. See my post of 2.18 pm yesterday.

The Club have now sent me e-tickets for tomorrows game. That's fine by me and at least that's one game sorted. They've followed that up with a number of emails telling me that I can now download my season ticket and all previous problems have been rectified. Think I'll wait until Sunday before I give that a try. I do feel sorry for the Box Office staff. They looked like they were working into the night trying to help people.

Help please! Downloaded mine via the App to my Google Pay wallet but couldn't do the other three I adminstrate and pay for SO.... Took club's advice and logged onto ticketing website. Followed instructions to a T. On page with all four of my/our STs, there are little tick boxes but the only one that I can tick that then allows me to 'Add to Wallet' is my own. If I tick any of the others, the option remains suppressed. I emailed the B.O yesterday but (understandably) no reply yet.

Just tweeted by the club 'We are temporarily pausing the download of new Mobile Tickets at 10am today. Any supporter who has not downloaded their ticket by 10am will be sent an e-ticket for Spurs, later today.' What a complete c**k up!!!

Does anyone know if screenshotting the QR code will work? My mate can't go and has offered the ticket for my little boy but not sure how it can be done. I'm not going to be near a printer (for an e-ticket) by tomorrow.

I've literally just received this in an email from the Box Office... We are really sorry to inform you that we have encountered technical issues delivering your Mobile Season Ticket to you. Rest assured, we have made alternative arrangements for you whilst we work to resolve the issue. For the Spurs game on Saturday, we will issue you with an e-ticket which will follow this email. We are doing everything we can to resolve the issue in time for the next home match against Brighton. Thank you so much for your continued support, and please accept our apologies for the issue. We will be in touch following the Spurs game. The Box Office team. So the fiasco goes on. I'm one of those with a season ticket and membership. They've just emailed me the tickets for the Spurs game as an e-ticket.... Anyone else had this?? Edited by kennybrowns leftfoot (09 Sep 2021 6.12pm) Having received the same yesterday, I have just looked in my fan wallet and a Spurs ticket has appeared, should I put this in my Apple wallet ( with help) or should I just use the e-ticket? Is this my actual season ticket? as it just says Spurs ticket? I really don’t know what is going on
