I never normally feel like this, but I'm going to enjoy watching him sit on the bench for 5 years. The guy was moaning about the lack of game time, and instead of maybe another year, he's committed the best years of his career. So if he spends this season on then bench and wants to move again, Arsenal will hold all the cards.

I have 2 mates both ST holders at Arsenal and both of them couldn't wait to get rid of Nketiah and said he was crap.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

I cant remember the last time Arsenal did us a transfer window favour, either its a really long time ago or my memory is crap In pre-transfer window days, they did kindly relieve us of arguably our two best-ever players, both for bargain fees. I remember both of those transfers - only in the land of Sarcasm could it be said that Arsenal acted in anyone's interest's but their own. Originally posted by YT

Still really like this kid, reminds me of Ian Wright, signed a long term contract at Arsenal, but with Jesus and Martinelli, in front of him, I think he may get restless again and want first team football. We were really close to signing him, but ended up with Eduoard instead, he fits the bill of the sort of striker we are after.

Player not keen. Club doesn't want to sell. Palace only in for a bargain. Not going to happen.

Really.... think he flatters to deceive... not for me... I there’s validity in that opinion. If everyone knew just who would do well and not there would have been far more a clambering for the likes of Wrighty and Vardy in their doldrum days. Kane wouldn’t of been let go from an academy, Henry might of ended up elsewhere etc. I’d of loved Nketiah however I feel that desire is fuelled far more from a want and therefore imagined greatness of a new striker than any real knowledge or properly constructed insight and analysis. For me he seemed to move quite a bit, looked eager, had an eye for a goal and can’t have been at a big team like Arsenal for being a ‘mug’. A solid hypothesis, however I’m inclined to believe similar thinking led to us signing Frazier Campbell… hardly the fondest of memories.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |
