Meant to say: It will be one of us, Cardiff, Southampton, Burnley, maybe Newcastle.

2017 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Middlesboro
2018 Jan. (Sako) Palace 1 - 0 Burnley
2019 May (Batshuayi, Batshuayi, OG, Van Aanholt, Townsend) Palace 5 - 3 Bournemouth
2020 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Newcastle

If we can’t not get relegated with this squad Hodgson should be shot.

Shocking set of results yesterday from our own perspective, throwing us right back into the relegation mix and discussed by many.
Southampton, Newcastle,Brighton and Cardiff all winning to put increasingly pressure on us.
My own feelings are to forget the Cup( put out a weakened team to avoid injury to key players) and concentrate purely on staying in the top tier.

We’ll be ok , purely based on Cardiff’s run in, huge ask with the current 5 point advantage we have. They’ll be down by time we play them.

We are definitely in relegation danger now. It will be one of us, Cardiff, Southampton, maybe Newcastle.

Cardiff: We are 5 points clear of Cardiff, but we still have to play them, which is a huge benefit to them. Given they could pick up 3 points there and deny us any, we're effectively 2 points safe from Cardiff. True, they play 4 of the big 6, but they are showing signs of life, handling West Ham easily today.

Southampton: Huge 3 points today stolen from Tottenham. They have the easiest schedule left, with only Liverpool being a top 6 team that they have to play. Based on that, I have to imagine they will get a bunch of points the rest of the way.

Burnley: They have the hardest schedule left, 4 of the top 6. A match against Cardiff is the only one they play against fellow relegation candidates.

Us: Who knows. We can't beat anyone at home, we can rarely even score a goal at home. Doesn't matter if we play City or Huddersfield, I have no confidence we can beat anyone at Selhurst. People were saying our "recent form" was good prior to Brighton, but the two games we won, we were outplayed and were lucky to win. So we've had three games in a row now where we didn't play that great.

Based on the schedules, I think the Saints are safe. Cardiff will be a dog fight with us, and I'm hoping all the good teams can keep Burnley from getting points.

I really think we're in more danger than people realize.

Today Brighton were outplayed and lucky to win then, cos they played exactly how we did at City, Burnley, Leicester etc. Breaking down a packed defence is difficult and it's why you need some creativity in midfield and a cb who can play. Today we had neither.

Funny I saw yesterday different. I saw the Cardiff result less in terms of Cardiff catching us more us catching west ham.

I think we need Agent Puncheon to go in to training with his belt in a couple of weeks.

I’m certainly not looking up but looking down after yesterday’s results. Absolutely horrible day for us and concern all round. Never expected that sequence of results. Once again we failed to deliver at home and supporters are increasingly aiming their wrath at Hodgson. Yesterday’s result was a total disgrace.

Its just the way it goes sometimes. Brighton had the luck yesterday and we didn’t. We had the luck v Leicester and Burnley.
The 2 goals they scored were both great finishes. But without the strong wind Tomkins clears the first one and the second goes wide.

I think we are all being a little mella dramatic yes we lost to Brighton but we also beat both Burnley & Leicester which no one would have expected 6 points from.

We have a nice cushion of 5 points meaning Cardiff have to win 2 to go above us if we pick up another point then it means they have to 3 to overtake us.

No disrespect but with there run of fixtures this will not happen.

Also despite yesterday we will definitely pick up at least 2 more wins remember our away record is really good and we have teams like:

Newcastle, Cardiff, Arsenal & Spurs away I can see at least 4 if not 6 points here.

Then at home we have:

Huddersfield, Everton, City & Bournemouth again I see at least another 4 to points here.

If we do go down then we only have ourselves to blame as it is completely in our hands.
