How do you then explain all the near-post goals he's let in by going down on his knees too early? To prevent the ball going through his legs he makes himself smaller it is a dilemma, quite possibly due to a painful experience in the past lol. Good keeper on the whole for us.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Guaita' by bexleydave Just how good is the guy? Next keeper legend? I'm not saying WH is a better keeper than VG but that he has been, in many instances, unfairly criticised on here mainly because he took over from Speroni who was idolised. For instance VG should have done better for West Ham's goal yesterday yet not a word on here by anyone. If that had been WH in goal he would have been crucified. If for any reason VG does a Lloris we will need WH and he won't let us down. In short VG is a good keeper overall but he is not a saint he does have his faults.

I’d be very happy never to see WH put on anotherPalace shirt again. Far to inconsistent.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Vicente Guaita thread' by Midlands Eagle As a former keeper I study the position and keepers abilities more than most I guess. In my view VG is a better all-round keeper though WH is an excellent deputy.

You are wayne henneseys boyfriend/dad/brother obviously. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, Pity you didn't take any notice of a man who played in goal and knows, unlike you, what he's talking about.

You know nothing about goal keeping obviously. If you can't see that Guita is better than Hennessy then neither do you.
