Should we sell Benteke in Jan...?

I HATE Christian Benteke. Have had a season ticket for 29 years and have never hated a player before. But I truly HATE that man.

As angry as I am, and as disgusted that a player is more concerned over his own ego than the club, I have to try and see any positive from this situation. What has to happen is he needs to be fined a weeks wages at least, but I would still play him Tuesday. I believe Tuesday will be a massive game for him if selected. He now has so much to prove to the club, manager, fans and fellow players. He has let everyone down, and if there is an ounce of care for this club in his bones, then he needs to show us what he can do. He needs to start really chasing down players rather than doing everything half hearted. he needs to work out that he is allowed in the opposition six yard area, he needs to respect the rest of the team, he needs to listen to his manager and captain and he needs to score an f'ing hat trick. If he plays anything like he has since the start of the season (when fit) then he should be the first player on the list in January, and if he are offered £20m or more(China our only hope) then we should fly him there ourselves and move on. Let's see what the reaction is Tuesday....

I'd like to get rid even before today's ludicrous decision but no ones paying 30m for him and unless we get 2 strikers we are stuck with the lump.

Useless never seen anyone with an ego like his so what happens with all the pre match preparation included nominated penalty taker [luca] so unprofessional Benteke's penalties are pathetic anyway but 92 min! at 2-2 come on! Who was captain on the field at the time? not only are the fans not sure but seems management didn't know either. If we get relegated by 2 points we will remember this incident.

i am so angry right now. I would tell hodgson to send a psycho lump to tackle benteke at training and to hurt him. its just as well i am not the palace manager.

Well, they do say that strikers have to be greedy. And they have to be deadly in front of goal. Benteke's almost there. He's got the greedy part sorted. The deadly part needs some work.
