I recognize the problems postmodernism and nihilism create in producing a lack of people who support and push forward society.......When Rome's human products stop believing in Rome...that's when the rot sets in and its fall is eventually assured. It's those aspects from it that I worry about. Swings and roundabouts.....I'm not regretting the mini skirt for no fcuker. Edited by Stirlingsays (16 Nov 2017 7.03pm) Oh no! FFS,so now we have to get written permission before trying to chat a woman up...to hell in a hand cart.. Courtship has always been a challenge - I recall, when without a lady to call my own - making sure I did not make too much effort before Christmas or Valentines Day. I just cannot get Lily savage out of my mind. At one time she was developing her personality and did a few sketches with a supporting actress, who had the name Gail Tuesday. On of the most memorable lines from Gail was "tits first, I am a lady" It takes two to tango.

Of course, self-confessed vajay-grabber and botherer of naked schoolgirls, Donald Trump - who has been "too busy" to reflect on the sins of Roy Moore - cracked out multiple tweets about Franken last night, including some childish name-calling* because that's soooo Presidential. * He called him "Frankenstien" which - in addition to being misspelled - completely misses the point that Frankenstein was the doctor, not the monster. Franken is going to be investigated by the Senate ethics committee. Many Senators, including Franken himself, have called for this. So what about the near-20, very credible accusers of Trump? Where's their investigation? Now that all of these stones are finally being turned over, we're all going to have to get used to the fact that for every "I knew that f***er was no good" there's going to be a "him? Really? Ah s***!" There's a lot of it about and it really all needs to come out so we can get past it and move on.

You know when I read stuff like your post there I'm reminded why so few women identify as feminists....what is it...just seven percent in the UK. Working in pubs and nightclubs is nothing unique - me too - and doesn't make you an expert on social interactions. Again, you are letting your male privilege - of being able to bother anyone you want just because you want to - get in the way understanding this. As for speaking for women, I don't dare to. I am speaking for me and enlightened gentlemen. I let women speak for themselves. For example: Lily Allen [Link] Go away now, let me go,

The republican party tried to, rightly, impeach Clinton for lying under oath about a blow job, but seem to have a complete blind eye when it comes to Trump. Franken should face a senate ethics committee, but so should a lot of people in the US white house, senate and house of representatives. Not everything can be about the political impact and political sectarianism.

Well, according to all the poe faced moralists these women are sex offenders.....not clumsy human beings making a pass. You should be teary eyed and in a Police station now writing out a statement. Most women have common sense..far more common sense than 'progressives'..and that's why we don't have half of all male teenagers on sexual harassment charges.
You seem to be the only one who cannot to grasp the difference between accidental physical contact or polite interaction and overly-aggressive attention or unwanted touching. And "boys will be boys" is not a valid defense. Edited by Ray in Houston (17 Nov 2017 4.27pm)

I think its really a context thing, if you think someone is giving you the 'signals' or your attracted to someone and your first move is to sidle over and grab their ass, breasts or similarly sexualised actions - then you're a dick who deserves everything that you get. What ever happened to just saying hi, or even a cheesy chat up line. What I don't get is how people can defend unreasonable behaviour. Saying hi, or something similar seems to be a reasonable way of finding out if someone you don't know is interested. Or even a bit of flirting before you start whipping your dick out, or trying to get to first base. I am not suggesting that there's anything wrong with striking up a conversation with someone - signals or no. When it becomes an issue is when the protagonist gets rebuffed and either won't back off or, worse, gets aggressive because of some perceived slight.

Not everything can be about the political impact and political sectarianism. For the record, the Republican-led Congress did impeach Clinton (not "try to"); he paid a fine and lost his law license as punishment for his transgressions. There were sexual harassment accusations about him too (the Lewinsky tryst being an affair rather than harassment), which were dismissed as partisan attacks at the time (sound familiar) but I expect would be treated far more seriously if they'd been made now. Same with JFK. Meanwhile, George HW Bush is starting to run out of "but he's old now" rope for all of the arses he's grabbed over the years. Still nothing compared to that which Moore and Trump have been accused, more a sad example of how power and male privilege has been used down the years. Edited by Ray in Houston (17 Nov 2017 4.30pm)

Again, you are letting your male privilege - of being able to bother anyone you want just because you want to - get in the way understanding this. My mother used to talk about what she considered beta males as being, 'excuses in trousers'. Your kind of 'misandry as virtue' universe just exist nor is wanted in the actual real world of interactions between most men and women. I have no idea what planet a 'no right to speak to women' exists on but it isn't this one......you worked in a nightclub? Yeah and Brighton are going to win the Premiership this year. For example: Lily Allen [Link] Go away now, let me go, Well, this is half right, you speak for a minority of beta type males and feminists...a small number of people proportionally...most of which are middle class like the mentally conflicted and hypocritical Lily Allen......Perhaps she should look at her own father if she wants to criticise men. I could link to videos of women who would frankly laugh at your so called 'enlightenment'. Edited by Stirlingsays (18 Nov 2017 5.56am)
