Wickham has actually been fit for a few months now, he's just not being selected. Roy should at least put him on the bench and toss him on for a few minutes here and there. If he's not willing to use him next season, I'd say loan him out.

Steady on, old chap. This isn't Brighton.

Are we putting him into a care home?

He's already in one. It's called Selhurst Park.

Some - yes. Tomkins good value, Milo good value, Townsend decent, Sakho a little overpriced, PVA ok but off form, Schlupp probably too expensive, Guaita about right. Bissaka, Zaha home grown so good. Jimmy Mac fine, Meyer jury's out. Kouyate seems ok. Kelly, Ward, Dann about right.
Further wastage - Sako never played, Rakip - what?, Jack - WTF, Reidewald - gaining weight, Ayew - not up to it.
There are others but getting peed off thinking about it.
Interesting that when you look at this list, it is mostly our original players that are still the core of the team. Plenty of recent transfers have not been good value.

About right?!! FFS he was a free transfer what do do you want!!

Jury’s our on him. Prem managers are ruthless. If they target his aerial weakness next season successfully then he won’t be great value. We’ll see.

Not sure I agree about his aerial weakness but this going down on one knee needs sorting

He is today but Bats and Ayew preferred over him. Have to be a bit worried with our potential strikers next season. No real contenders ahd as a result will have to get at least 2 more options in the transfer market.

We haven’t seen enough of him yet. A couple of good saves that tbf we’re close to him, some decent distribution to begin with, some weak schoolboy aerial non command of his box and some meh keeping that provides most of the goal to aim at. I don’t see someone with a presence and neither do I see a gymnastic new style of keeper either. Atm he looks like the last kid to be picked.

Even if he’s a free, he’s on a committed ontract with no doubt generous wages. If he isn’t good enough he isn’t good enough, and that won’t be good business. But that’s how Parish operates because squad and planning are not 2 words used together much.

Many retired folk are sadly forced to sell their homes to pay for care.

A sign of the times.

This really makes me wonder what game you are watching. Guaita is a cracking keeper. Agree he's not the best in the air, like another certain palace keeper cough cough *jules* ahem. But apart from that he's got a great all round game.

Vive le Roy!

Make financial sense if he gets fit, we know he can do the job but as we all know there are question marks. I assume an insurance company have been involved with his wage payments due to injury?

Wow... That's just stupid! Every time is ready to play again he gets injured.

Obviously I hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.
