Not a great weekend, hopefully normal service will resume next weekend, see you then

I managed end the weekend on a profit despite the freak results after sticking 4 quid on Milner to score first for city, tidy £76 return.

Very nice, thought Milner was great too! My ManUre / Man Citeh double came in so I at least recovered yesterdays loss, plus gained a little.

FA cup on Tues anyone??!

I've posted on here before about my draw bets that tend to come in around this time of year. Combine them with correct score and it can pay well.

Yesterday I got the Tottenham 0-0 (Tottenham hadn't drawn away), Cardiff 0-0 (hadn't drawn at home), Leyton Orient 1-1 (not drawn at home) and Stranraer 0-0 (not drawn away). Rotherham at home let me down for a clean sweep.

Not many teams left now that havn't drawn, but from memory there's still Peterborough at home, Wolves away, Rotherham at home and Brechin at home.

Worth looking at.

Interesting, I remember seeing you put something about draws. Just had a quick look - Posh home to Hull (could definitely be a draw, plus would be great for us!) & Wolves away to Sheff Wed looks a decent shout too. Cheers

Not a bet that I would normally look at but championship top goalscorer looks interesting.

Murray- 8/11 at the moment. I think we all know he won't be top goalscorer come end of season. Therefore this is either worth laying or looking at other options or both.

Austin- 5/2- don't think Burnley will do much more this season so best to ignore.

Rhodes- 6/1- as above

Wood- 8/1- He is currently 6 goals behind Murray and has just joined a Leicster team who are in great form and I think will probs get promoted. 8/1 looks massively attractive in my opinion so i'm going to lump on this and lay Murray also.

Thoughts?

Also, early picks from the fixtures for next weekend.

Leeds
Gillingham
Northampton

Taking a sneaky peek Swindon are a shoe-in and Exeter should win at Bristol

Looking at them and I can see why we would pick them but Shrewsbury are unbeaten in 4 away from home so may give that one a miss. Agree with Exeter as they have won last 5 in a row away from home and Bristol Rovers are s***. They did just win 3-0 away from home though so will be full of confidence.

I did have a look at the Championship scorer odds as well as I can't see Murray or Austin keeping their respective rates up.

I'm tempted by Vydra from Watford, best priced 50/1 with paddypower (as short as 25/1 elsewhere). Watford seem to be on the ascendancy and he's scored the majority of their goals so far. Currently 8 behind Murray on 14.

True but that was against scunthorpe, Coventry, Bury and Crawley. 3 of them were draws. Swindon are rampant, they are scoring for fun and not letting any in either, they got a decent draw away to Bournemouth who themselves are in red hot form.

Are you sure about Wigan?

Bournemouth are going for a club record unbeaten run

and what team will Wigan play?
