Which is one of the problems.Just because someone produces a webpage doesn't mean their opinion is correct. Some of those with "white" skins refer to "white" culture whilst some with "black skins" refer to "black" culture. Neither is helpful, or in my opinion, correct.

No one is actually black and no one is actually white. They are general terms meant to refer to ancestry and you have no right to tell anyone from anywhere how they may wish to think of themselves in terms of their culture and what words they may use to reflect it.
