Talk about self delusion. Alright PP name me a topic, lets discuss.

It's almost as though it's about demographics and population sizes isn't it.....or is that reality too 'intellectual' for you.

God you get funnier....guess what genius, they weren't getting attacks back then either. Ok then....acid attacks, FGM, honour killings, non consensual arranged marriages to name but a few. No problems there either.

Oh and by Danny boy here.....we can't have any conflict with an Islamic country....because we have a demographic with mixed loyalties who contain a percentage who will kill us for it. Yeah....really impressive that. Blackmail.....celebrated by moral cowards.

You're just discussing perspective now in relation to your opinions about media. Your perspective is that the Beeb etc are to the left, whilst mine is that they're to my right. I would argue that in an increasingly polarised society they're stuck somewhere in the middle trying to be fair and neutral and failing to please a lot of people like yourself - a bit like May and her best for Britain withdrawal agreement. Newspapers are dying. The average reader's age being well over 50. But all of them have a vote and they're far more likely to use that vote. So papers are still very influential politically. As for the web, well it's a very level playing field but open to exploitation as we can see from the Aron Banks, Russian interference stories of late. Careful this is a subject about which I have very strong opinions and no little knowledge (or at least experience). TV is viewing is notoriously old as well. Much older than most people appreciate. The web is the battlefield that those who want power must fight over. Edited by steve1984 (06 Dec 2018 9.51am)

Edited by steve1984 (06 Dec 2018 10.17am) Go on then....BBC articles that 'pander' to the right. Your point about perspective is a good one....but that's a more philosophical point. The reality is that the BBC should not be involved in any of this obvious position taking......not and also claim to be impartial.
