Many many clubs would just love to have one Saturday of our humour, Benteke was very able probably much so before Liverpool had him, nobody can understand the effect of being demoted by Klopp and the subsequent successes of his successors, it must have an impact on him. Our club would have hoped that he could replicate some form and he initially did but sadly injury and the fear of it recurring appears to be the final straw for him.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

At the time they were right to slate you as he was doing what he was paid for....scoring goals. If they slated you now you would deserve an apology unless you claim to have some mystic skill of looking into the future, in which case can you pm Saturdays lottery numbers to me. TIA. The assumption being we will be strengthening the attack in January, a far more difficult window to buy and off load than the summer. As we didn't manage to recruit in that area this summer I can only see him being here until May and will be in the squad until then.

He scored tonight! Came on in the 76th minute scored in the 79th, obviously against a part time San Marino team that were already completely routed but his finish was decent. Curling effort to the far post from the edge of the area. ps. just a sidenote but the Belgian RB Castagne, who we were linked with in the summer played well. A very attacking full back from the looks of it.. at least against the opposition today.
