Hopefully, this will be the end of the Axis of Feeble politically. Boris, Gove and Duncan-Smith. Farage, gawd bless 'im, might be as dodgy as a year-old doughnut but he is bloody good at speaking. Edited by Kermit8 (23 Jun 2016 10.31am) And, love or hate him (I hope this doesn't become a discussion) he has probably shaken up politics a fair bit and one would hope he has been a contributor (not single handedly of course) to some of the fat cats in the big parties having to up their game a bit.

Heavy Rain might affect turnout. Us "leavers" have mostly voted by post and are hardy determined souls. Can't see students being arsed to leave the Uni Student Union Bar to vote if it's chucking it down. Attachment: Polling Station.jpg (247.55Kb)

I started out firmly in the leave camp. But the leave camp has increasingly concerned me with its playing to the fears of the mob, faux-nationalist nonsense and its outright deceit. Which is probably true of Remain, except I haven't really been paying attention to the people I wasn't going to vote for. But I could swing back, its been that kind of day. I never counted on your vote. Lefties always let you down inevitably. Is Gusset still insisting he's neutral? Still at least Kermit has acknowledged Farage's attribute of being a good orator.... that's enough for me. Predicting a narrow Remain win, mainly due to effect of Jo Cox's murder swaying the undecided to vote against "hate".... which to my mind is unfair but opinions are differently analysed by many people. Hoping the toxic fallout from the nasty campaign they run means Cameron/Osborne are ousted from power asap.

You've acted very oddly through this debate and not in a way I've found amusing tbh.

Toxic and fear mongering are accusations that can rightly be pointed at both campaigns. I can't see how either side can even begin to take the moral high ground.

I think they have pretty much finished chewing all the meat from her carcass now in one of the most disgusting opportunist things I have ever seen in politics. She'd probably turn in her grave that she supported Remain given how despicably they've capitalised on her death. Never mind though, Farage, Gove and Johnson are the ones people will make the default 'baddies' from this in the history book. Edited by Part Time James (23 Jun 2016 10.56am)

Wasting £9 million pound of taxpayers money on a one sided leaflet delivered to every household by Royal Mail. Then got in Obama etc and told shameful lies about WWIII and the effects of Brexit. The leave camp response has been tame/balanced in comparison. The BBC have been very Pro Remain too. Me and the Mrs have been monitoring news items and they have given Remain about 80% support by way of positive detail, compared to 20% for Leave in the past week. Anyone that doesn't think like me hasn't been paying attention or are deluding themselves.

While our flag is still relevant. We'll become more and more insignificant. Spain having 99%-100% national debt compared to GDP might be a reason. Polish people coming to make some capital and take it back to accelerate their's and their country's prosperity might also be a reason, not that I blame them. The opportunity is there.

I believe that Leave went above Remain shortly after Obama came over here telling us how awful independence and controlled borders is.
