If anyone apart from Hoof, danny, MonkeyDave and elgrande needs help pulling their pants up in just under 24 hrs, after what appears is going to be a major spanking, happy to oblige

I think people should be able to offer this sort of thing in public these days without being treated any differently.

Its statements like these that make me think twice about voting leave. You seem to forget that body includes the UK, who also vote. I think there are something like 50-60 EU laws that the UK didn't vote for, out of something like 2500. As for the Court, when I hear people talking about the ECHR like that, to me, it sounds like people who want to ensure that people only have rights when its convenient. Well done, you've convinced me not to vote for leave. Come on Jamie, I don't believe you were ever going to vote for Leave if a forum post from Willo on a Crystal Palace page has turned you around. Who are you Baroness Jamie Warsi?

So Juncker has come out and said no changes, we've had all they can and will give us. So, Mr. Cameron, where's this "reformed EU" you keep banging on about?

I started out firmly in the leave camp. But the leave camp has increasingly concerned me with its playing to the fears of the mob, faux-nationalist nonsense and its outright deceit. Which is probably true of Remain, except I haven't really been paying attention to the people I wasn't going to vote for. But I could swing back, its been that kind of day.

It will never be perfect and continually open to justified criticism in parts. A bit like Parliament which, let's face it, is undemocratic too as practically every government has a minority of the overall vote.

Hehe, I do accept that you were going to vote Leave at one point. I remember a discussion way back where you'd said so. I think I was just surprised then. Having read a lot of your posts, although I don't always agree with your political stances, you are an informed and interesting poster and for that reason I guess I (possibly wrongly) assumed you'd be one of the people least influenced by the posts on this page, especially at the 11th hour. That said, you are one of the more open minded people too, so I called that wrong. I think both sides have been spinning a lot of fear, but personally I'm not going to vote based on the stuff I DON'T believe from either side...that's all irrelevance if I don't believe it. I am going to vote on the stuff I DO believe (if there's much left!). And obviously a lot of that could be tainted by my own naivety.

Hopefully, this will be the end of the Axis of Feeble politically. Boris, Gove and Duncan-Smith. Farage, gawd bless 'im, might be as dodgy as a year-old doughnut but he is bloody good at speaking. Edited by Kermit8 (23 Jun 2016 10.31am)

Edited by Kermit8 (23 Jun 2016 10.31am) I suspect a Remain vote could be fantastic for UKIP! They got a decent turnout at the last election, and that will only go up as a result of the various campaigns - I can see a decent handful of seats next time out, and a fair few second places
