Johnson should lose cases in the Supreme Court more often. LOL. Credit where it is due, he appears on top form and Corbyn looks like...well nothing really.

My wife, who is foreign and has zero interest in British politics commented that for a man supposedly in serious trouble he appeared not only remarkably calm but also appearing to be enjoying himself.

Truth is that by refusing the opportunity of a GE Labour and the smaller parties appear utterly cowardly. Their bluster is nothing more than piss and wind all the time they refuse to accept the chance to actually remove him from power.

Despite remainers constantly trying to talk down the UK economy we have been resilient.

I am no lawyer but this seems to me to be just a diversion which, as it makes no difference at all to the outcome of yesterday's decision, really is semantics.

I think you are wrong though. People can be sent to prison for unlawful acts, although it was never going to be appropriate in this case. I found this explanation:-

In brief; lawful and legal differ in that 'lawful' contemplates the substance of law [its content], whereas 'legal' alludes to the form of law [its form or appearance].

In effect it appears to make no difference to outcomes.

Who has no confidence in winning an election. Who takes his instructions from Momentum and the Unions, at least Boris is his own man...a buffoon? don't judge everyone by your own standards

No it didn't. It went out of it's way to distance itself from any specific political issue.

It's finding was solely on the question of whether the length of the prorogation was appropriate to the time needed to present Queen's speech and the impact of such a period on the ability of Parliament to do it's job of oversight and enquiry.

That others seek to muddy the water and present an alternative motivation should be viewed as the political shenanigans that are becoming depressingly familiar from this government.

In reality it was 4 days as parties were off to their rallies and lovins anyway.
Labour handily blew out tom Watson's speech.
Did them a favour really as he seems quite sensible.
I wonder if boris fancies a beer with him to discuss 'issues'
