I’m looking for a live LPs by The Specials. I have found one called The Specials Live at the Moonlight Club and another titled BBC in Concert: The Specials. Either of these two or a bootleg would be great.

I have just bought tickets for their October gig so want something to tide me over until then.

The Kaiser Chiefs new album was released today. The band have tried a novel way of selling the album. You log onto the bands website and you will see a list of 20 tracks. For a fee you can download any 10 tracks and make your own unique album. The site then suggests that you sell copies of your downloaded disc to your friends for 1 pound.

I could'nt be bothered to make my own album - so here's all 20 tracks - you can make your own....

Todays second download is a set by The Gaslight Anthem that was recorded in Sydney, Australia in February this year. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. There is some DJ chatter at the start and finish, but it doesn't go over any of the music. I've posted a few bootlegs and albums by this band in the past - this is another top sounding bootleg.... thoroughly recommended....

This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast on KSAN-FM radio. A crackin' set by GP and the band with some great tracks... this is thoroughly recommended.....

Todays extra download is a set by The Police that was recorded in Devore, CA in 1982. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set. They play a lot of their hit singles on this one. The instrument sound is great but it sounds like Sting has a sore throat - he seems to be having trouble with some of the notes and songs... Still a good boot though and one for all fans of The Police....
