It's celebrating the black contribution to this England team .. Is it? If you do not know who created the image, where it comes from you will not understand If the image was reframed to highlight only white players and the world black removed for white .. I suspect you would care vociferously. We are all one. One beautiful, diverse and multicultural England team. And I couldn't be prouder of them ALL. And it's coming home.

When your obvious biases get exposed and questioned it's suddenly 'we are all one'. I have no problem with your bias because it's natural, but the word salad and hypocrisy will always annoy me.

Of course it makes sense. It’s your worldview which doesn’t make sense and is completely unrealistic. How would Raheem Sterling, our best player in the tournament so far, be able to play for England if his mum had never been able to immigrate from Jamaica? I couldn't care less about his mum. What I care about is people like you supporting someone who posts a picture of only Black England players and then talks about diversity. That ain't diversity and you know it. If I had to choose between England never winning anything ever or undoing the total mess this country has become because of mass immigration, I'd choose the latter every time.

It isn't my image, I just shared it I will stick with your. You made a post, its yours and the image you chose to post was not a celebration of the team as you assert, it cannot be - There were no white players in the image. Would you be happy if the image was reversed to only highlight white players and white lives matter? As I pointed out I am perplexed to why anybody would choose to post such, your motives, the image creator, those who share it I would suggest are to be divisive.

The Choice That section I highlighted resonates with me. You can allow victimhood to define you and spend your life moaning or you can accept that sh*t happens and then do something practical about it. We have a culture of victimhood in this country, it cuts across class culture and colour its not one demographic. Complaining and virtue signalling about how life is unfair to you doesn't get the job done. If you want to make the world a better place for yourself and others then focus on specific goals that are achievable. BLM, Extinction Rebellion, and may others don't understand this. Going on a protest march or taking the knee only raises awareness then what? Soon it becomes whinging and people zone out. Marcus Rashford focused on free school meals and got the politicians to back down that is what I mean.

Could not agree more. Ironically I find playing the victim is actually self fulfilling. We all have our stuff. Weight, colour, spots, parents, lack of parents, poverty, relative poverty, height, looks, education etc, etc, etc. Personally I try to use any disadvantages I had as fuel to help me succeed, not as something to hold me back. As cliche as it sounds, life is what you decide to make it.
