Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Even Jacob thingy disagreeing wasn’t enough for the airhead to think she might be badly wrong, again, after how many times in a month.

Actually I think she’s too thick to notice the difference between a nanny state and some government advice to stay warm, alive and healthy during the most expensive winter anyone can remember. All she thinks about is whatever she’s had drummed into her.
